President and CEO
Ted has been in multiple verticles during his 30+ year career. With an extensive background in the travel space from his days as President, Delta Vacations, Ted has the connections to get your travel product off the ground with top-notch technology and rates you would not be able to get elsewhere.
In addition Ted has been in the Cash back card linking space since 2008 as President and CEO of 2Go Media, where he developed programs for First Data and Bank of America Merchant Services. He led the acquisition of 2Go Media to Affinity Solutions based in New York City, in 2014. He helped build and launch a small business marketing platform for business owners of top Financial Institutions in the US including Vantiv. He most recently was with Dosh Holdings, (employee number #1) where he helped build out their hotel booking engine as well as partnerships with national and local content providers. Dosh has been recognized as the #1 app in multiple categories serving consumers in cash back space.
While working with small business owners, Ted realized the neglect they were receiving when it came to their credit card processing fees. He set out to help businesses of all sizes to save money and put it directly into their pockets.
Ted earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
Jeff’s is an industry veteran working in the payments space for over 20+ years following several years working on Wall Street in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers. He co-founded Charge Card System, Inc (CCS) in 2000 in Boca Raton, Florida, which became one of the larger independent processing companies in the country that grew to over 500 salespeople representing a wide variety of industry types. In 2012, he sold the company to Card Connect, owned by FTV capital. Jeff served as an Advisor for 2 years following the sale, and five years later, Card Connect was sold to First Data, who is one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world for $750MM.
Jeff has mastered several niche markets in the space, including small business owners, healthcare providers, including hospitals and doctors’ offices, medical groups, and associations.
He has also helped regional and national retailers save hundreds of thousands of dollars by offering his payment processing services. Jeff has already founded other payment companies that help with cash discount, middle and high-risk processing, and most recently created a mobile technology interface to handle credit card processing via the smartphone.
Jeff is also a recognized author in the space with his first book, “Size Doesn’t Matter- Why Small Business is Big Business”, hit #1 on Amazon in the business and entrepreneurship categories. To date, he has published five other business books plus a lifestyle book that he co-authored with his daughter called “Mom & Dad- I Promise I’ll Get Into College.” Jeff also writes for various business journals and magazines, including Entrepreneur Magazine and The Green Sheet, which is a leading industry trade publication in the processing space. He had previously served on the First Data ISO Advisory Board and the First Data President’s Council.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University and studied finance at the London School of Economics.
Edward has spent 20+ years working at the intersection of financial services, telecommunications, and technology with a focus on building highly reliable commerce platforms operating at scale. He has applied this experience to multiple innovative companies and projects in the fields of payments, e-commerce, high-frequency trading, telecommunications, retail, and insurance.
Edward has held leadership, strategic, and product defining roles for a broad spectrum of companies from Apple, Visa, Revolution Money, and several successful startups including Dosh, Klickly and led technology/business transformations at large and small corporations. He is an inventor and owner of several patents.
Edward currently works with a range of companies to help them design and launch new products, capture intellectual property, and discover in-market traction. He is an experienced product leader and manages his teams with a balance of product vision and technical rigor.
Edward graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Accounting and Telecommunications.
Macauley is a recent graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Hospitality and Marketing. During his tenure at Florida State, he was a member of the Fan Service Team during the football season working with former players and boosters on gameday.
In the summer of 2019, he interned at Norwegian Cruise Lines where he worked in the sales area assisting the senior management team on their reporting requirements. Macauley was able to identify sales trends from the analysis he developed on his own that improved productivity for the sales teams. He has a passion for the travel industry and is excited to begin his professional career.
Macauley works with small and medium-sized businesses in lowering their credit card processing fees and assisting companies in developing white label travel-related products.
